1:00 p.m
- leave for team lunch (pasta, bread, salade, fruit, water) and bus pick up in St. Catharines( where I live) for short drive to game.

2:00 p.m.
- Get on the bus with my stick (from lunch to boarding the bus is the longest time where I don't have my stick in my hands before a game) and look for a good seat. Usually the older guys get first choice, so I take what I can get.

2:45 p.m.
- After crossing the border the team will go over the game plan for about an hour.

3:45 p.m.
- After reviewing game plan I like to listen to music and watch game tape that is playing on the bus.

5:45 p.m.
- Bus arrives at the rink. Get ready for light warm up.

6:15 p.m.
- Light warm up, take lots of shots at the same spot on net to get my stick working.

6:45 p.m.
- return to the dressing room and get ready for team warm up. Drink some all sport before the warm up.

7:00 p.m.
- Team warm up, work with line mates, talk about things to do and try during the game.

7:30 p.m.
- Return to dressing room for quick review of game plan. One last drink of water before game start. Sit at stall and think about the game.

8:00 p.m.
- Game time - Team cheer and national anthems. I always leave anthem at the same time and run the same pattern to the net.

11:00 p.m.
- Game is over and proceed to post game party.
